Lingle Fitness, owned and operated by Erin Lingle, and located in Charleston, SC, is dedicated to inspiring and being inspired by people who break past personal barriers to achieve fitness goals. Our passion is empowering you to recognize your strengths, both physical and mental, to become more confident and powerful. Lingle Fitness will be your partner on your fitness journey.

 

About Erin

 

Erin’s smile, energy, and laughter turns grueling workouts into enjoyable adventures. Her education in Physical Education and Health combined with over 15 years of personal training and coaching experience will guide you on your path to optimum health.

 

Erin’s unique approach to personal training includes using mindfulness strategies, such as journaling, visualization, and breathing. These techniques are useful tools in every area of your life, including in the office, at home, in the grocery store, in traffic, or anywhere you choose to use them. These are tools that you carry with you wherever you go.

 

Erin has been an avid runner for as long as she can remember, which led her to a collegiate athletic scholarship as well as the completion of several half-marathons. She is a true motivator who instills enthusiasm that helps her clients advance their level of fitness and mindfulness to overcome their challenges to a healthier life.

 

Erin measures her success through the success of her clients. She has coached clients to run their first running races from 5Ks to half-marathons, motivated clients to reach personal fitness and weight loss goals, and assisted families in achieving healthier lifestyles together.

Sun & Sweat Classes

One-on-one training with

Lingle Fitness is designed for individuals who desire a customized approach to their fitness program.

 

You will be guided to define a specific goal or need and we will work together to achieve it.

 

Personal training packages are available in a variety of settings; including in-home, at work, outdoors, or at Exemplar Fitness.

Interested in a private group Sun & Sweat class?
Contact us to set up a class for you and your friends.

Sun & Sweat Group Classes are 45-minute circuit training workouts that focus on toning, core strength and feeling great; with a dose of cardiovascular endurance.

 

Our Sun & Sweat classes use complex movements through the use of your own bodyweight, kettlebells, resistance bands, and medicine balls. The workouts vary from week-to-week and will be adaptable to meet your fitness level.

 

Sun & Sweat classes meet at various locations throughout Charleston.
